Powder Metallurgy specialists, Dicoi SA gained a vast experience in this industry using the best equipment to produce ferrous and non-ferrous parts through advanced sintered methods. Dicoi SA is aligned to APMI (American Powder Metal Institute) standards.

OUR FACILITIES & PRODUCTIVE PROCESS
PRESSING: the raw material is pressed by our compacting mechanical presses: 15tn and 30 tn. And hydraulic press 120 tn per cm² with multiple action dies.
SINTERING: through special furnaces operating to a maximum of 2.200 degrees F, under controlled atmosphere.
SECONDARY OPERATIONS: forging, machining, copper infiltration, heat / steam treat, impregnation with oils or special resins, etc…
FINISHING: such as tumbling, roto-finish, carbonitriding, chromes plated, electroplating, black oxide, etc…
